- PC Pickup Charge: Depending on location, starts at $5
- Hardware/Software Diagnose: $35/per piece of equipment
- Rate for repairs/Upgrades: We charge a flat $35 bench fee for one hour of work. (After one hour we will call to see what further action you want to take!)
- Data Retrieval: We can retrieve your data from your hard drive and put it on CD's or on a different computer for you. This cost $55.
- Virus Removal/Windows Reload: $95 - An Antivirus and Malware protector is included in the price. As well as data retrieval and restore.
- Rate for in home Networking: Depending on Network size and demand, ranges from $100 and up!
- Rate for house calls: $75 Flat rate fee, $55 for each additional hour (minimum 1 hour)
- Rate for business calls: $99 Flat rate fee, $55 for each additional hour (minimum 1 hour)
- PC Cleaning: $35/per cleaning
Disclosure
- Prices are subject to change.
- Bench fee applies to each individual computer or item.
- Monitors typically can not be repaired. Most printers typically can not be repaired for less than what a new one will cost.
- You will be given options in the event of an un-repairable piece of hardware/software.
- You MUST sign a release of liability before we will perform any work.
